When you arrive you will be put through a Royal Air Force fitness test which comprises of a Multi Stage Fitness Test (MSFT) or bleep test and a 1-min Press up and Sit up assessment. Don’t worry, we only ask that you put your best effort in so we can gauge your fitness level. From here we then put you into one of 3 fitness groups which are: Basic, Intermediate and advanced. This will help us to train you at the limit we know you can achieve, not what you think you can!
